Refund Policy

1. Service Refunds

Our service refund policy is as follows:

  • Full refund for cancelled appointments with 24-hour notice
  • Partial refund for incomplete or unsatisfactory services
  • No refund for completed services unless covered by warranty
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days

2. Parts and Components

For parts and components:

  • Unused parts may be returned within 14 days
  • Parts must be in original packaging
  • Custom-ordered parts are non-refundable
  • Restocking fee may apply (15% of purchase price)

3. Custom Builds

For custom bicycle builds:

  • 50% deposit required to begin work
  • Deposit is non-refundable after parts ordering
  • Full refund available before parts ordering
  • Changes to build specifications may incur additional costs

4. Warranty Claims

Warranty coverage includes:

  • 30-day warranty on all repairs and parts
  • Free re-adjustment of components
  • Replacement of defective parts
  • Labor costs for warranty repairs

5. Refund Process

  2. Provide service receipt or order number
  3. Explain reason for refund request
  4. Return any applicable items
  5. Wait for refund processing

6. Exceptions

We may consider exceptions in cases of:

  • Service quality issues
  • Parts compatibility problems
  • Significant delays in service
  • Safety concerns

7. Payment Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/debit cards: 5-7 business days
  • Cash: Immediate (in-store only)
  • Digital payments: 1-3 business days
