1. Service Refunds
Our service refund policy is as follows:
- Full refund for cancelled appointments with 24-hour notice
- Partial refund for incomplete or unsatisfactory services
- No refund for completed services unless covered by warranty
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
2. Parts and Components
For parts and components:
- Unused parts may be returned within 14 days
- Parts must be in original packaging
- Custom-ordered parts are non-refundable
- Restocking fee may apply (15% of purchase price)
3. Custom Builds
For custom bicycle builds:
- 50% deposit required to begin work
- Deposit is non-refundable after parts ordering
- Full refund available before parts ordering
- Changes to build specifications may incur additional costs
4. Warranty Claims
Warranty coverage includes:
- 30-day warranty on all repairs and parts
- Free re-adjustment of components
- Replacement of defective parts
- Labor costs for warranty repairs
5. Refund Process

- Provide service receipt or order number
- Explain reason for refund request
- Return any applicable items
- Wait for refund processing
6. Exceptions
We may consider exceptions in cases of:
- Service quality issues
- Parts compatibility problems
- Significant delays in service

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/debit cards: 5-7 business days
- Cash: Immediate (in-store only)
- Digital payments: 1-3 business days
