By using Nuvilo's bicycle repair services, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by Nuvilo, including repairs, maintenance, and custom builds.

2. Service Estimates

All service estimates are approximate and subject to change based on:

  • Actual condition of the bicycle
  • Additional repairs needed
  • Parts availability and pricing
  • Labor time required

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept:

  • Credit/debit cards
  • Cash
  • Digital payments

A deposit may be required for custom builds or extensive repairs.

4. Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty on all repairs and parts installed. The warranty covers:

  • Workmanship defects
  • Manufacturer defects in parts
  • Adjustment issues

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from accidents.

5. Liability

Nuvilo is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing conditions
  • Damage from normal use
  • Accidents or misuse
  • Delays in parts availability

6. Appointment Policy

Our appointment policies include:

  • 24-hour cancellation notice required
  • Late arrivals may be rescheduled
  • Drop-off service available
  • Emergency repairs prioritized

7. Parts and Materials

We use:

  • Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts when available
  • High-quality aftermarket parts when OEM is not available
  • Industry-standard materials and tools
  • Environmentally responsible practices
